DETROIT – US Army Under Secretary Patrick J. Murphy was in Detroit on Oct. 14 to honor three Army civilian employees who won awards at the 21st Annual Women of Color In Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Conference held at Cobo Center. More than 8,000 people attended the conference and more than 1,500 attended the awards dinner.
