TRAVERSE CITY – The Center for Automotive Research’s Management Briefing Seminars has morphed into a technology show, and this year the focus was on Autonomous Vehicles – how to build them, protect them from hackers, whether you need a driver’s license to ride in one, liability when accidents occur and more.
