DETROIT – Google’s Demo Day in Detroit is back in action this month at Grand Circus, the local tech training institute, March 30. Applications are due March 17. Final selections will be made March 22.
Startups can apply now to pitch in front of a panel of judges. One winner of the Detroit event will get the opportunity to travel to the Googleplex in Mountain View, California, to pitch for further funding opportunities.
Ready to apply? Google is seeking startups who are actively raising between $1MM and $5MM and can demonstrate traction through funding raised, revenue, and customer growth.

Detroit startups have had heavy representation in past years. SPLT, a ride-sharing app, won Detroit Google Demo Day in 2016, and prior to that it was Detroit-based LevelEleven.
