ANN ARBOR – Activists in Ann Arbor have been developing a plan to remove the DTE Energy as the city’s provider of electricity and replace it with a city-owned utility.

Greg Woodring is leading the effort for the group called Ann Arbor for Public Power. Greg joins MITech TV to provide the back story and update where the three-year effort to break away from DTE now stands.
