FERNDALE - Rachele Downs, vice president of entrepreneurial services for Inforum, and Terry Barclay, Inforum CEO, talks about the former Women’s Economic Club. Terry joined the group in 2002 and rebranded it to become a professional development organization for women across the state. Some 2,000 women who are classified as high net worth, meaning they
