The conversation also covered industrial hemp regulations, the 24 percent wholesale tax case heading to the Michigan Supreme Court, and political perspectives on cannabis policy, with Chris Swanson, a Democrat, the sheriff of Genesee County, identified as the most cannabis-friendly gubernatorial candidate.
