SOUTHFIELD – Plugging electric vehicles into the Grid may become more difficult in the future as millions of EVs are sold. What energy sources will automakers use to operate EVs in the future?

A panel of auto industry experts will discuss this dilemma on May 24 at Lawrence Technological University in a “breakfast and learn” panel discussion that is free to the public. Seating is limited to the first 100 so registering in advance is a must. Powering Electric Vehicles runs from 8:30 to 11:30 am.

The panel will consist of senior executives from Toyota, Hitachi Astemo, Comcast Business and the State of Michigan’s Mobility Office. The program is presented by Global Auto Mobility, MITechNews.Com, Yellow Flag Productions, Workshifter, Detroit Media Productions, Smart Mobility Today, and Engineering Society of Detroit.
