TROY – The early bird special to buy a ticket to attend IoT TechConnect April 4 at the Troy Marriott ends at midnight on Jan. 31. Only $15 to attend the day-long show that will feature Michigan companies, experts and products involved in the Internet of Things, dubbed IoT. The ticket price also includes breakfast and lunch.

On Feb. 1, the price rises to $20, still a value, but one-third more than the early-bird special.

“Anyone interested in IoT and how it will impact their lives should attend this event,” said Mike Brennan, Editor & Publisher of MITechNews.Com, the co-producer of this show. “What makes our IoT show different from national programs is ours if focused on Michigan. You’ll learn about not only what’s happening with autonomous and connected vehicles, but also Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality, products for smart homes, workshops for STEM education, the cybersecurity necessary to make sure the bad guys don’t hack your computer networks, and much more.”

The Mistress of Ceremonies for IoT TechConnect is Dr. Tonya Matthews, CEO of the Michigan Science Center. Affiliate sponsors include Detroit Public Television, Automation Alley, Tech248, Kyyba, Bamboo Detroit, Mobile Technology Association of Michigan, Menlo Innovations, TechTown, and Internet Advisor on WJR 760 AM in Detroit. The show is co-produced by CloudTech1.Com in Rochester Hills.
