TROY– J.D. Power has completed its purchase of ZappyRide, a New York City-based electric vehicle data company that builds white-label software and tools for automotive original equipment manufacturers, utilities, and other greentech stakeholders. The acquired company offers a range of software and services that include strategic planning for electrification programs, consumer shopping and cost analysis
