Report: University Research Corridor Added $17.5 Billion To Michigan Economy

LANSING - A report issued Tuesday says the Michigan University Research Corridor - an alliance of Michigan State University, the University of Michigan and Wayne State University - contributed $17.5 billion to Michigan’s economy in 2014, up from $16.8 billion the previous year and $12.9 billion in 2007, the first year the report was published.
