LANSING – More than 2.2 million Michigan women who changed their last names after marriage could face additional paperwork if Congress approves President Donald Trump's Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, according to the Michigan Department of State. The legislation would require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship before registering to vote in federal elections—a requirement
