FARMINGTON HILLS – Securatech, has acquired Marijuana Security Operations and Precision Risk Management Group, deepening its roots in the cannabis industry. The acquisition comes as the direct response to the untimely death of MSO founder, Grady Emmons, due to complications with Covid-19. As such, the companies will operate as “Securatech Guard Services, LLC” DBA as “MSO”
The two entities have had a strategic partnership and serviced many of the same clients.
“Upon helping with Grady’s wife during his passing, it became the best, natural solution to his unexpected death,” says Rudy Patros, CEO, Securatech. “Family, both in work and life, are key. I knew that the sustainability and continuation of Grady’s dream was in my hands.”
All Precision Risk Management Group and MSO employees (more than 100) will maintain employment, and there will be opportunities for elevated benefits for those employees. Securatech is headquartered in Farmington Hills, with an office in San Diego, CA, and will maintain a satellite office in Bay City, for employees based there.
