ANN ARBOR – Jared Mauch, a board member of the Detroit Internet Exchange, provides details on its new non-profit status.

The collaboration of carriers, ISP’s, and Enterprise Businesses connected to DET-iX allows for traffic to be exchanged freely, rather than paying to make the connection. 1G, 10G, 25G and 100G ports are available.
