SOUTHFIELD – Network services provider 123Net Inc. has teamed up with a non-profit organization to expand its high-speed fiber footprint in Detroit along the M-1 Rail.
The 3.3-mile stretch of 144-count fiber spanning from the Campus Martius to the Fisher Building the latest among many significant investments by the organization to help improve Detroit’s network infrastructure.
The expansion runs alongside the full length of the newly opened QLine, supporting growth for Detroit businesses down the Woodward corridor.
123Net also offers fixed wireless, voice, and data center services to more than 1,000 metro Detroit customers, including more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies. It owns more than 3,500 miles of fiber throughout Michigan, a networking that is growing at 150 to 200 miles a year.
