DETROIT – Jeff Sloan, Co-Founder and CEO of StartupNation, has agreed to help judge the China-government backed InnoSTARS competition April 29 at the Michigan Science Center. Deadline to apply is April 15.

The Detroit InnoSTARS quarter finals are open for applicants until April 15. Ten companies will be selected to pitch to a panel of judges, including Bloom, from 5 to 7 pm at the Michigan Science Center Ballroom. The quarter final winners or winners will then compete in Houston in May at the semifinals. The winners in Houston will be provided with an all-expenses paid trip to China in the fall to compete in the worldwide finals.
