Michigan Israel Business Accelerator Appoints New CEO

SOUTHFIELD – The Michigan Israel Business Accelerator has appointed Sandy Selinger CEO effective April 9.

Selinger is Israeli born and served in the Israeli Defense Force with his last post as Operations Officer and Squad Leader for the Rescue and Evacuation Unit. He holds a BA in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Colorado and a MS in Analysis, Design and Management Information Systems from the London School of Economics.

Previous positions included serving as the head of the New York office of Wix.com and as the CFO and COO for Psyop, Inc. Selinger and his family relocated to Detroit last year after his wife accepted a senior position at Ford Motor Company.
