LANSING – Michigan took another step this month in solidifying its’ hold on a global leadership position in the self-driving vehicle industry by the legislature’s passage of, and the Governor’s signature on, a package of laws that put the state well ahead of all others in regard to its policies toward the testing and future sales of self-driving vehicles.
