TROY – Wingspan Partners has helped arrange a $2 Million private placement of mezzanine debt for Strategic Financial Services, which offers its customers an integrated package of business services and consulting.

Wingspan acted as financial advisor to Strategic Financial, a privately-held company headquartered in Troy. The money will be used for growth financing and general corporate purposes.

Strategic Financial offers its customers an integrated package of services including business employment(PEO)/payroll outsourcing, employee benefits management, mortgage lending, real estate title insurance, wealth management, insurance and business consulting. With over 4,000 work site employees under contract for PEO services, it is one of Michigan?s largest companies in this sector.
