ADA ? Ron Choura of the Michigan Public Service Commission will discuss the state of telecommunications in Michigan at the April 21 meeting of the West Michigan Telecommunications Association.

Choura is the supervisor of Service Quality for the Telecommunications Division of the Michigan Public Service Commission. He is also a professor at Michigan State University in the Department of Telecommunications where he teaches digital networking and manages a technology lab.
