Bill Orabone and Paula Rhoades, partners of Orabone Rhoades, LLC, will lead the discussion on business commercialization for start-up companies. Orabone and Rhoades are experienced entrepreneurs and business people who provide strategic direction and marketing assistance to companies with a desire to grow.
With their hands-on approach, Orabone Rhoades helps companies define their end goal, advises what they need to do to build their business, and then shows them how. The roundtable will focus on the business commercialization process from prototype through beta testing to market adoption. Lack of a strong business commercialization plan and its execution is a leading cause for startup failures. Bill and Paula will relate their start-up commercialization experiences and facilitate feedback, insights and recommendations of specific issues related by participating entrepreneurs from the group.
