DETROIT ? The Detroit Regional Chamber will host Small Business Conference 2005 on Nov. 10 at the Ford Conference & Event Center in Dearborn. This is the only event in Southeast Michigan dedicated to helping small businesses.
More than 1,000 small business owners are expected to attend the day-long event, which features sessions on no-nonsense business management, best practices for small business growth, market research, technology solutions, employment law and other topics of particular interest to the small business community.
Tom Gegax, author of ?By the Seat of Your Pants: The No-Nonsense Business Management Guide,? and Steven Little, author of ?The 7 Irrefutable Rules of Small Business Growth? will provide attendees with practical advice that can take back to their businesses.
