DETROIT – A free Java Programming Nanodegree sponsored by General Motors is for individuals in the Detroit metro who are looking to gain skills to start or advance a tech career.

GM is focused on providing opportunities to underrepresented groups in tech, however anyone can apply. The scholarship will provide learners with job-ready Java Programming skills in three to six months. 

GM has a few employers that are committed to interviewing the most successful candidates.
