ANN ARBOR – On MITech TV Monday at 2 pm, we devote the show to provide more details about HeroProjectUSA.Org and how it will work with the cannabis industry to fund Veteran Service Organizations that work with Veterans to deal with physical and mental issues, homelessness, unemployment and more.

On the show will be  Anton Harb Jr., a disabled Iraqi War Veteran, explains what issues Veterans face. Dan and Connie Sparrow explain how the Canna Social Equity Fund will handle the donations. Penny Milkey, co-founder of Northern Specialty Health, a licensed provisioning center will explain why she supports the project.

Then  Kyle Cohee, co owner of LightN Up provisioning center in Flint, will announce his company is working with Hero to give away 1000 turkeys for Thanksgiving. James Brobyn, CEO of Valor Craft, the only Veteran owned cannabis grow in Michigan, employs Veterans, one of Hero Project’s goals.

The show wraps with Dan Keelan, Hero Board Secretary and Hero marketing director, explain how he use social media to spread the word about Hero.
