LANSING – In September of 2020, the Marijuana Regulatory Agency issued an advisory bulletin focusing on social equity plans submitted by adult-use licensees. Then in January of 2021 those bulletins were published and made available for the public on the MRA website.
Now, the MRA has created a social equity plan amendment form which allows adult-use licensees to amend their previously submitted social equity plans.
The amendment form is now available online and can be found on the MRA website here. Once the amendment form has been completed it can be emailed to the social equity mailbox at the email listed below.
