PLYMOUTH – Michigan International Technology Center, an 800-acre high-tech research and development collaboration at the site of the former Detroit House of Corrections prison farm, has completed the infrastructure at the Ridge 5 Corporate Park, inside the MITC property.

MITC is a real estate development initiative located in an area highly concentrated with many of the world’s leading automotive research and development companies.

Ridge 5 Corporate Park, is a 60-acre industrial subdivision development within MITC. It houses nine custom, build-to-suit lots, for international high-tech, light industrial and R&D corporations. Those units are now available for sale/lease.

The campus, which can support buildings ranging from 20,000- to 250,000-square-feet, also includes a nearly 1.5-mile walking path through surrounding woodlands.
