GRAND RAPIDS  —Fishbeck announced that it has acquired Kalamazoo-based Envirologic as of Jan. 1. With the acquisition of the environmental consulting and services provider, Fishbeck looks to expand its environmental capabilities.

“We’re headed into 2023 feeling confident in a seamless transition, as Envirologic’s services, mission and culture align well with our own at Fishbeck,” said President Jeff Schumaker. “Partnering with Envirologic increases our ability to best support new and current clientele seeking environmental services, providing a broader range of high-quality services to our valued partners while adding a more robust physical presence in southwest Michigan.”

As part of the acquisition, Fishbeck welcomes 24 new employees to its environmental services division. The group consists of highly qualified, experienced, and degreed hydrogeologists, geologists, biologists, environmental scientists and environmental engineers.
