HOLLAND – Worksighted has promoted two employees – Nicholas Genther to lead dispatcher on the Remote Support Team, and Andrew Perales to Associate Solutions Designer on the Technical Services Team.

Genther will be the first point of contact for customer support and will ensure customer support items are addressed in a timely fashion. Perales will be responsible for creating solutions to address customer technology needs.

Genther joined Worksighted in November and has quickly earned a promotion on the Remote Support team. He previously served as lead dispatcher and team leader at i3 and is a certified ConnectWise Administrator.

Genther earned his associate degree from Grand Rapids Community College and enjoys improvisational acting and comedy in his spare time. He currently resides in Hopkins, MI.

Perales has held several other positions since joining Worksighted in 2013. He began as a remote support engineer focusing on day-to-day client support and moved into the engineering resource coordinator role before receiving his most recent promotion. Formerly, he served as the network specialist for the City of Holland and as a tactical data network specialist in the U.S. Marines.

Perales received focused training from the U.S. Marines Corps Communication-Electronics School and enjoys working on cars and photography in his free time. He currently resides in Zeeland.
