WIXOM – Worksighted has opened a new office in Wixom to better serve its rapidly growing client base in Southeast Michigan. Worksighted provides managed IT services and professional IT services to companies throughout Michigan with specialties in manufacturing, healthcare and services industries. The company is looking to recruit six new employees this year.
The 3,000 square-foot space will house a team of onsite service technicians, remote support personnel and account executives.
“We already partner with several clients in Southeast Michigan”, said Mike Harris, co-founder of Worksighted. “This is a great new location for us to us to better serve those clients and grow our business in that dynamic and growing corner of the state.”
Worksighted began in Holland and has since expanded services into Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Lansing and now the metropolitan Detroit area.
“Growing into Southeast Michigan is a natural fit for Worksighted. The region has a strong manufacturing background, and Oakland County is fast becoming a leader in Michigan’s technology segment. We think it’s a great time to jump in,” said Harris.
Worksighted has already created and filled four new positions for the Wixom office and expects to recruit six more team members this year. New positions include remote engineers, account executives, technical account managers, and onsite engineers.
