GRAND RAPIDS –  Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber has acquired Northwest Consultants Inc., bringing together two privately-held consulting firms rooted in infrastructure engineering services in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana to better serve the Midwest.
