ZEELAND —Joe Dyer has been selected as the new President of Disher and will succeed Jeff Disher and assume his new responsibilities on January 1, 2022. Disher, Founder and current President, will continue as Chairman of the Board.

Dyer graduated first in his class with a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Western Michigan University in 2008. Upon graduation, he accepted a Manufacturing Engineer role with Parker Hannifin. In 2013, Joe joined DISHER as a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer serving in project management, process development, automation, design, manufacturing, and quality. He led business initiatives and teams and became a Team Lead for Manufacturing Tech Solutions. In 2019, Joe transitioned to the role of Executive Pastor at Corinth Reformed Church before returning to DISHER. Joe’s wide range of technical skills, character qualities, and strategic abilities uniquely equip him to lead DISHER forward. Joe and his wife, Stefanie, have been married for 13 years and live in Byron Center with their two elementary-aged boys.
