KALAMAZOO – Discover Kalamazoo announced that Jane Ghosh has joined the organization as President and CEO. She most recently served as General Manager and Executive Director of a portfolio at Ferrara Candy Company.
A long-time Kalamazoo area resident, Ghosh grew up in Portage and brings three decades of experience leading marketing at Johnson & Johnson and The Kellogg Company.
“I have been so fortunate to have had a marketing career leading world-famous brands on three continents,” said Ghosh. “It’s a dream come true to be able to leverage the skills and expertise I have developed along the way to drive economic prosperity for my hometown.”
While she has lived all over the world, Kalamazoo has always been home for Ghosh and was the ideal place to raise a family.
“Kalamazoo has so much to offer visitors and residents alike,” said Ghosh. “I think the future is very bright for tourism in the area, and I am really excited to be a part of helping people discover Kalamazoo.”
Ghosh holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University and is also on the North American Advisory Board for Ehrenberg Bass Institute for Marketing Science.
