GRAND RAPIDS – Join C/D/H consultant Ben Froese on March 29 for a webinar on best practices for creating custom data visualizations from SharePoint in Office 365 using REST API, JavaScript, and Third Party Plug-ins.

Froese is a skilled designer and consultant, having significant working history in the web design and development field. Ben’s experience include concept development, brand and marketing development, user interface design, information architecture, and web administration. He is also fluent in many programming formats, including JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, PHP, XML, HTML5, CSS3, LESS and SASS.

In this webinar, from 3:30-5 pm, CDH’s UX/UI Froese will discuss the use, design, and development of custom data displays in an Office 365 SharePoint Environment. He will cover how to query SharePoint list information using the REST API, and how to visualize it with a combination of JS, CSS, HTML and Third Party Plug-ins such as Kendo UI. He will also illustrate a practical use-case by creating an employee skills reference grid while highlighting tips and best practices.
