DETROIT—East Lansing-based Stellar Broadband announced that it would work with developers Hunter Pasteur, Forbes Co. and Oxford Capital Group LLC to deliver gigabit internet service to the new Detroit development Perennial Corktown.

Perennial Corktown will include a seven-story apartment building with 188 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, as well a seven-unit townhouse development at 10th and Church streets, a three-story parking garage at 1501 Church St., and a 227-room Godfrey Hotel, opening in mid-2023.
