Law Would Force Automakers To Reveal Diagnostic Codes

WASHINGTON DC Recently, owners and independent mechanics have been having progressively more trouble getting automakers to reveal all of the diagnostic codes for late-model vehicles, while at the same time interpreting the diagnostic codes has become much more important for proper repair.
