Trade Secrets, Non-Competes Focus Of Holland Seminar

HOLLAND ? Butzel Long and the Holland Chamber of Commerce are hosting a breakfast seminar April 14 to review the legal tools available to companies to prevent loss of trade secrets and customer relationships.

Butzel Attorneys James Giszczak, Phillip Korovesis, and Mark Zietlow will show attendees how to protect confidential information, including technical information, customer lists, customer data, profit margins, vendors and suppliers, and related information. The program will also include a discussion of how employers can adopt and enforce agreements with their employees and independent contractors to protect proprietary and confidential information.

The event is scheduled April 14 from 7-9 a.m. at the Haworth Inn, 225 College Avenue, in downtown Holland.
