ANN ARBOR Sunday marks the last day to register online for the 2004 Michigan Growth Capital Symposium, which draws leading institutional investors and venture capitalists from around the country.

The event is scheduled for June 15 and 16 at the University of Michigan Business School. The cost is $495 for the first registrant and $395 for each additional registrant from the same company.

“With the support of all of our partner organizations, the Michigan Growth Capital Symposium is coming together to be the best year ever,” said David Brophy, director of the Center for Venture Capital and Private Equity Finance. “Attendance is very strong and we are pleased with the IT, life science and nano/materials companies we have lined up to present.”

MGCS will showcase 32 companies carefully companies in information technology, life sciences, nanotechnology and alternative energy, the highest quality deals in the Midwest.
