OKEMOS Brian Niemiec has joined Innovative IT Solutions as Vice President of Operations and will head up three departments: Professional Services, Client Services and Network Operations. Innovative IT provides Web-based software solutions for state insurance regulators and commercial carriers to manage licensing and regulatory compliance issues.
One of our strategic initiatives for this year is a greater focus on our customers, stated Innovative CEO Bob Nero. Brians customer-centric approach and strong operating background will have a direct impact on this initiative and help us continue to improve the experience for our customers.
Most recently, Niemiec served as COO of Ann Arbor-based Xenaga. Before that, Niemiec was Vice President of Professional Services for a California provider of secure Internet messaging software. He ran its 60-person nationwide team serving Fortune 500 customers. Niemiec also served as Executive Vice President of Operations at TechTeam Global in Dearborn.
