SOUTHFIELD – Rumors of an Apple car have big implications for the auto industry. It spells potential disruption. Whether Apple sells a car or not, they’ve opened the flood gates on possibilities for new opportunities in and around cars. Mark Phillips will present research during a Michigan Council of Women In Technology Lunch & Learn session April 9.

For more than 18 years, Phillips has helped build a project management software company and consultancy. He recently authored “Reinventing Communication” by Gower Publishing, and speaks about project management and innovation. He is an adjunct professor in the College of Management at Lawrence Technological University. Phillips holds a master’s in applied economics from University of Michigan and bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics.
