GRAND RAPIDS ? The Iserv Technology Group announced Wednesday it has made its 15th acquisition – the Southwest Ohio customers of Dayton?based Internet service provider Springnet. Terms were not disclosed.
The company, created in 1995, most recently acquired the customers of TodayLink, a Dearborn Heights, Mich.?based internet service provider.

As a result of the acquisition, Springnet customers will become part of the Iserv network, Michigan?s largest independent ISP. The company?s headquarters is in Grand Rapids.
