DETROIT – Henry Ford Health System has cut a multi-year contract with Reliance Software Systems of Farmington Hills to use the company?s next generation electronic medical record system. Terms were not announced.
RelWare suppliers web-based clinical applications for healthcare providers in the acute care setting. The additional architecture and development will be based off of the RelWare product line – web-based products including the physician portal, CDR-Web, a suite of order management components, document and image management, workflow components as well as the full template architecture known as Quizlets.

The first major stage of this new contract will be to develop a pilot project that will run for two years. The updated application, C+NG will be available to all Henry Ford Health System clinicians and affiliates. RelWare expects to begin offering the components of this new solution within this same time frame.
