ANN ARBOR – Customer satisfaction management must be a hot way to make a living these days because ForeSee Results which uses the University of Michigans American Customer Satisfaction Index to measure online customer satisfaction has expanded its staff by six.
The company said Monday that five new Satisfaction Research Analysts recently joined the Client Services team.
Our new employees bring a unique blend of skills and experience that will strengthen our team and enable us to continue to provide best-in-class service to our customers, said ForeSee Results CEO Larry Freed. As our business keeps growing, we anticipate further expanding the size of our Sales and Client Services teams.
The new hires include:
Cathie Baker joins ForeSee Results with fourteen years of market research experience, most recently with MORPACE International.
Galina Britton, a native of Russia, joins ForeSee Results from Flint-based Social Systems Research Institute (SSRI).
Shari Lisnov comes to ForeSee Results with four years of research experience.
Mike Mauna joins ForeSee with four years of experience in website customer response data and analysis.
Gabriela Smith, a native of Yugoslavia, comes to ForeSee Results from a research company in Colorado.
Additionally, Lynn Baldwin has joined ForeSee Results as a Marketing Specialist. Lynn joins ForeSee Results from Towers Perrin and is the current president of IABC/Detroit.
