Horlock has had a long and successful career in the auto and manufacturing industries. Join us as he brings lessons from his latest endeavor, becoming CEO of Blue Bird Corporation, down from Georgia back to the Motor City.

Blue Bird’s President and CFO. Phil joined Blue Bird in January 2010 following more than 30 years of global automotive experience with Ford Motor Company, where he held senior executive positions in Finance and Operations worldwide. Phil joined Ford Motor Company of Great Britain in 1977 and transferred to the US with Ford in 1991. His executive positions at Ford included Chairman and CEO of Ford Motor Land Development, CFO of Ford Asia-Pacific & Africa, and Executive Vice President of Ford Global Insurance Operations.
