ORION – Advanced Research Company on Thursday said it has selected MPR Industries to resell its Radio Frequency Identification solutions in the Northeastern United States.
Those products include:
OpenCrib, which employs RFID tags to better track spare parts and equipment used to maintain manufacturing systems and is targeted for industrial applications with a central inventory area;
AssetWhere, which utilizes the same engine as above but with a floor plan layout of the facility where items are being tracked;
Satellite Crib, a RFID cabinet that solves the problem of equipment being stored at random, uncontrolled locations throughout a manufacturing plant or facility.
