GRAND RAPIDS ? Internet advertising specialist Adtegrity.Com reported a small net profit for the first quarter, compared with a small net loss a year ago.
Adtegrity reported net income of $9,004 on net revenues of $2.1
million for the first quarter, compared with a net loss of $40,400 on net revenues of $1.4 million for the same quarter last year.
Adtegrity noted in its report that its first-quarter net income number was reduced by $60,000 in non-cash stock compensation realized in the period, making its pre-adjustment net income total approximately $69,000.
“Our results reflect improved operational efficiency, network expansion
and positive overall industry volume,? said Adtegrity CEO Scott Brew. ?We remain committed to growth within our core areas of expertise and believe the remainder of 2006 will give us an opportunity to accelerate our success.?
Adtegrity increased the number of impressions served during the period
to more than 14.4 billion – up from 10.5 billion in the fourth quarter of 2005 and from four billion for the same period last year.
Adtegrity primary business is the delivery of interactive
advertising and marketing services. The company currently has more than 300 web site clients under contract and delivers more than 30 billion
advertising impressions each year across several vertical content networks. It ranks among the top 10 ad networks for size in the industry.
