DETROIT – Detroit-based auto pro Paul Eisenstein provides his take on new EPA Mileage standards tamped down because consumers aren’t purchasing Electric Vehicles as much as the government expected.

He also talks about the New York auto show, which he is attending this week. Plus he updates the Detroit Auto Show moving back to January in 2025 and turning back into its roots as a consumer, rather than international auto show.  Worse yet, the Detroit show will compete the same week against the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
