ANN ARBOR – Merit Network has unveiled a new website that will allow visitors to access Merit’s service offerings, as well as videos, webinar recordings and improved event registration.
“Merit’s website redevelopment is part of a larger strategy to enhance and modernize communications for our community,” said Merit President and CEO Joe Sawasky.
“Later in 2016, Merit will unveil another new companion service through its redesigned secure Member Portal: private social networking that will allow continuous and real-time collaboration between professionals in its member organizations,” Sawasky said.
One of the key features of the new site is the improved event and Professional Development registration process. Among the many new features, visitors will be able to register for multiple events and courses at the same time, and register multiple people at the same time.
The class and event pages were streamlined with registration on the same page as the course information, and print a web receipt. Registration for Merit Professional Development events is now a simpler, more user-focused experience.
The Merit website will also let visitors stay informed about the latest news of the company and its Members. Merit’s Members will be the focus of the new website, with featured stories, blog posts and images from the Community.
