EAST LANSING – Orindi Ventures, which developed a low profile mask that conserves energy by warming and humidifying the air you breath before it hits your lungs, won the $25,000 grand prize at the fourth annual Greenlight Business Model Competition.

Second prize, and a $10,000 check, went to Spartan Assays. Third place and $4,000 was won by SPLT. The competition was held March 30 at Michigan State University’s Wharton Center for Performing Arts.

GreenLight Michigan was co-created by Spartan Innovations in the MSU Innovation Center and MSU Federal Credit Union, and is sponsored by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Liquid Web, Whirlpool Corporation, Lansing Economic Area Partnership, Foster Swift PC, Venturit and other sponsors.
