DETROIT - There's a new co-working space in one of Detroit?s oldest entrepreneurial spaces at TechTown on the edge of the Wayne State University campus. It?s called Junction440 since the address is 440 Burroughs. TechTown recently spent $1.5 million to renovate the 20,000 square-foot first floor, nearly half of which will be dedicated to co-working.
