WIXOM ? TiE Detroit has extended the deadline for the TiEQuest 2011 Business Venture Competition by two weeks, until June 26.
Final presentations and competition also has been extended by two weeks to July 30.
TiEQuest is an initiative by the Global TiE organization to create and present a comprehensive framework for Business Venture Competitions integrated with mentoring and investment flowes to attract and nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs across TiE’s Global Network.
TiEQuest is open to all current and aspiring entrepreneurs, providing a strong start to the winners and enhancing the probability of success in their ventures. Judges and mentors for TiEQuest are successful entrepreneurs and experienced investors/fund managers who will provide a very high level of mentoring to the contestants at no cost.
Winners will be provided in-kind services and support from TiEQuest’s vast network of in-kind sponsors. These free services include intellectual property consultation, legal and patent services, financial management, and IT advice. TiEQuest maintains and monitors the progress of its contestants and provides support even after the competition concludes.
