PONTIAC GPSi on Friday announced it has signed agreements with several expeditors to distribute and install the Guidepoint aftermarket telematics system to car dealers in Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida.

GPSi supplies vehicle tracking and convenience systems similar to General Motors OnStar hard wired system. But the difference is Guidepoint is an after market product.

New Guidepoint expeditors signed include:

Hurley Auto Audio will handle distribution and installation for dealers in key markets in Virginia, Maryland, and the D.C. area.

Tops and Trends will handle distribution and installation in North Carolina.

Car Tunes will handle distribution and installation in southern Florida.

GPSis Guidepoint telematics service, which is available through leading auto dealers in the United States and Mexico, lets drivers access a range of safety, security and convenience options including 24/7 vehicle tracking, emergency dispatch, roadside assistance, discounted hotel and dining and more.
